Indian worship is not strange in Thailand - though the people are not familiar with religious rituals in India. The Hindi bhajans and even the Marathi heard in this temple is illegible for most visitors. Though the temple is dominated by Ganesha like many Indian...More

The biggest Hindu Ganesha Reclining statue in the world. Very impressive. Also a very large floating Lotus flower which you can walk around to get a good view of the statue. Very popular with Thais at the weekend.

The biggest statues of Hindu Buddha. Also mixed with Chinese Goddess Guan- im. It's a must visit on the list if you come to Chachengsao.

I would reccomend this one-day trip - away from the crowded metropole that is Bangkok. Wat Saman Rattanaram is filled with amazing statues. The Indian music playing on the background is an excellent addition to the surrealistic atmosphere on the site.

The Thai good was basic, cheap and delicious -- on the way into the park. Very crowded later in weekend day but fun crowds. Lots of air conditioned rooms with things to see, too! And the longest naga (snake) statue I've ever seen, all the...More

I love this place and have been back a couple of times. It is set up for visitors so has plenty of good facilities. It's obviously primarily a place of paying respect but also colourful spectacle of Chinese culture in Thailand.
