1st Vist and not the last
One of the 1st villages to be built in the 1970s and some properties reflect that. Our 1st visit to Menorca. Resort is compact, linked around the bay with properties mainly holiday lets. Somewhat hilly in places, but enjoyable walks especially on top road overlooking the cove. A lot of free parking We travelled mid June, resort was not exceptionally busy but acceptable. our villa was about 10 minutes from main square with a pool which is probably needed as long trek from where we were staying to beach. A good time of year to visit as weather was c28-30degrees, although a couple of days were cloudy but humid. Main restaurants are based around village square, all offering something different in menu and food generally very good. Bus to Mao (Mahon) on the hour but decreases during the day. 1.70 euros one way about 1/2 hour. Would highly recommend this resort for a holiday and relaxing time

    Beautiful family friendly beach
Fantastic sandy beach with shallow warm waters. Great for families and snorkelling. Also hired a pedalo for a couple of hours (38 Euros) to explore around the bay and have fun in the water.

    Lovely place
Been 4 times love the place. Lovely family little town. Shame some restaurants not re opened after Covid. Bus into Mahon only €1.70 so worth a morning visit. No market in town this time unfortunately. Worth a visit

Pretty place but small I’d say the supermarkets, restaurants and bars in all didn’t total more than a dozen, there is a pharmacy and doctor not always open same with the restaurants and bars. Most things are around the village square including a play area for children which they seemed to love, there is also a beautiful beach in a bay.

Besides the very beautiful clear water- sandy beach, this town does not have much going on.
We struggled to find any where half decent for breakfast and zero-none nice places open for lunch. The beach has only 2 snack bars with below average food, both in need of a big revamp.
There are 2 nice restaurants for dinner in the town which we had to alternate going to throughout the week. It has a couple of night time bars but filled only with English tourists. There is a rooftop bar overlooking the ocean/beach with a lovely sunset view which is worth going to at sunset for a drink, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here as the food is very average. There are no shops to browse around in the town besides a small souvenir shop and 2 supermarkets. There is a large tacky playground in the town
square. Apart from the two nice restaurants, the town appears quite run down.

this is probably one of the best coves on the Island of Menorca. There is a main town at the top of the hill, but if you get there before10.00am you can usually find a free parking place at the bottom in the two car parks available. Its then a 2 minute walk to the beach. The sea is very shallow so great for children and there are two to three medium sized restaurants/cafes if you want to eat. Highly recommended !! Beach is sandy and it has life guards, you can also hire canoes and take part in other water sports, lastly there are some souvenir shops and a small supermarket .

If you get here early enough in the morning, the car park is a flat and short walk away from the beach. Because of the high cliffs a part of the beach is in shade until about 10:30 which helps when it is boiling!
We loved the snorkelling and the water was very clear when we were there.
Not really any shops or anything nearby but if you want a lovely beach, great snorkelling, a great spot for kayaking or just lazing on the beach, this is the spot.

Lovely sun beds, small beach with beach side cafe. Shame the snorkelling was spoiled by far too much plastic in the bay. It’s such a shame.
