Guyam is one of the 3 islands you can make a day trip around siargao. It is very picturesque because it is a very small island with a cluster of vegetation at the center of the island. Very nice to swim with very clear water over white sand.

We worked with some locals to go island hopping and the two islands have landing fees and rental costs for tables or a restaurant. I wish I budgeted more money for the restaurant because the seafood looked SO FRESH. When I mean fresh, I mean making eye contact with our meal. We just settled for pictures. Next time we'll try... The Island was very charming and romantic - perfect for events such as weddings or proposals, or even photoshoots! Downside was there wasn't really that much to see...except when you see the sunset; it's beautiful :)

"Guyam" is a white sand islet surrounded with coconut trees and located just across General Luna's boulevard. It is the most photographed islet in Siargao and easily accessible by a motorized outrigger boat from the GL Boulevard. It will just take you 15-20 minutes to get there, which will cost you around $12-$15/boat (a maximum of 4 pax excluding the... More

As mentioned this is a small and pretty island. But the water is too shallow for any type of swimming. I mean it is lower than your knee. If I was to do the island hopping again I would just stick to Daku, and forget Guyam and Naked.

A very small island that you'll see from the general luna. There isn't much to do here, besides snorkeling (best spot out of the three island that you'll visit on the island hopping). I would say that it's worth going to twice, but surely nice to have been there. If you hire your own boat then you'll have to pay... More

Guyam Island is one of the three islands you will visit if you go on an Island Hopping tour from Siargao. The island has nice white beaches and was well-maintained while we were there. There are plenty of areas to get to out of the sun and enjoy your time.

A nice romantic island. Someone charged an entrance fee, claimed to be the owner. Others told us that they sometimes tell that it's an environmental fee. Whatever. The island has sand, some trees and the sea. It could be cleaner there as everywhere, but I liked it. It's the best of the three islands from island hopping.

Nice size, nice palm trees, nice sand. Good to stay for a while. We enjoyed swimming in the warm water. But there is nothing to be seen in the water. Sad to say afain, there is enough dirt lying around. We went there with an island hopping tour.

There are some trees, beautiful fine sand, and rocky back area. When you arrive at the island you are greeted with beautiful sand and some trees, you can walk around the island in 10 minutes when its low tide and see the rocky back area of the island. There is an entrance fee to the island at Php 10 per... More
