Try the classes here, they are in Japanese but we found them fun and easy to follow. Plus now we know how to make our own riccotto and butter!!

I walked. - on a decent day it's a very pleasant 2 miles or so through farmland. I think there is a bus. It'd be a not too expensive taxi ride.
