Took the deep slate mine tour a couple of days ago. Very interesting trip with our guide Alian, great trip down on train and loads of information. Great graphics and images on the tour well worth the money

Yes of course you can bring your dog onto the site. They can go almost everywhere with you ~ pub, cafe and on the Quarry Explorer tour. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed underground. We have a company on site Pet Stop that... More

We turned up about 2:30 pm last week and and got the 3pm tour and was asked to appear at 2:45 for helmet collection.
