At the barrier you have to pay RSD 100 (EUR 1) then you can drive on. There is a parking space at the second restaurant. Then walk across the bridge, between the buildings and then keep right at the restaurant. Then the path runs along the water to the waterfall. It i a beautiful waterfall with an emerald green lake.
Then find a nice spot in the restaurant to enjoy the surroundings, so that the visit is worth the detour. Otherwise, you're done with 15 minutes.

This area (Lisine / Strmosten / Despotovac) is of outstanding beauty. It has lots of creeks, rapids and wells, because of the karst mountains all around.
It is pretty touristic, but whenever you are close to Despotovac (some 20 kilometers away), go out and visit this place,

Peaceful place in the middle of nature. The waterfall isn't high, but has an impressive amount of water, coming out of the mountain upstairs, not far from the waterfall.
The plattform in front of the waterfall is easily accessed, and also the nice restaurant. But for the upper part, you need to climb steps. But after that the path isn't steep, and not long till the place where the river literally comes out of the mountain. Then you can return, parcially on the other side of the waterfall, walking by an active mill, where you can see it working, and returning to the lower part through the restaurant. At the restaurant they serve delicious bread, made of the flour of the mill.
Like the whole region, I would'nt advise you to drive, since the roads are narrow, have almost no signs and not in a good shape. We visited the waterfall together with other sites in the region, with a guided tour from Belgrade.

Although the water is very clear and the atomosphere is very calming, I will not recommend to take time to visit this place if the period of your stay in Serbia is limited.
However, if you are visiting both Ravinica and Manasija monasteries, its not much detour.

Nice waterfall and stream, lovely sound of water, easily accessible (but not for disabled people), doesn't take too much of your time to visit once you have reached the place.

The waterways, the Hydro complex Lisine, consists of a spring where water flows out of the mountain rocks, forms into a stream, and then to a waterfall of approximately 25 meters. There is a nice walkway along the stream and while it is not too difficult, it does involve stairs. The stream continues down towards two restaurants where freshwater fish are grown in basins.

Very picturesque site. Lovely water falls.

Not very big bit it’s worth the short walk to the viewing area and small bridge as well.

This is not a Serbian version of Niagara Falls, but the watercolor is very pretty and the surroundings are lush and green. Since it's in close proximity to Ravanica Monastery and the Resava Caves, I would make a stop here, if I had the chance.
