Great place for Tough Mudder

I participated with my son and brother-in-law at my first Tough Mudder event. It was a blust. This ski hill is a great location for this event.

I went up on January 4th with some co-workers to ski. The conditions were decent, some ice from where it was windy at the top of the chair lifts (& it did rain the day before and overnight) but there was some fresh snow as well. Visibility was poor at times but since there was snow squalls on and off,... More

Be weary of this ski resort. Horrible customer service...even the management and owners supportand endorse the mistreatment of customers. Buyer beware.

Well great location and a fun place but not necessarily what you would expect from a customer service perspective. The ticket lady was rude and asked for id for a 16 year old or else she was charging them an adult fare. I think that is fine but it's not what you say but how you say it. Then there... More

Lifts were in working order, snow was perfect (well until it started to warm up - can't blame anyone for that), lodge was cozy and the food was good. Great get away for a day.

The two best times to come to Mount St Louis Moonstone is in the winter and in the fall. There is days worth of skiing in the winter, and the view from the top of the hill is stunning. If you are a trick skier, the park there is great! If you like hiking or running, you can come for... More

I love this place. Okay, it is Ontario and really, it does not compare to some places in the Rockies or Laurentians. The reality is that we live in a province without a mountain. However MSLM has enough vertical to make it fun. It attracts plenty of people so one much watch out for those who are reckless on the... More

Easily the best snow making machines within an hour and a half of Toronto. When there is no snow on the city streets there is usually still great skiing and boarding at moonstone. Two years ago they put night lights in. For the most part I'm not a fan of night skiing feeling the lights fail to give an accurate... More

Louis as it's known by locals has 3 parks and 2 pipes. It is ranked in the top tier of parks on the east coast. Family owned and operated it's very low key and friendly.
