Must try patio and cider and beer!
Stopped by for an afternoon pint with friends after a day of cycling. Great atmosphere, live music (she was very good and funny), attentive bartender who didn't mind the extra friends showing up a bit late, great ciders and beers. Enjoy the patio and sunny day!!!

    A MUST VISIT!
We were in the Collingwood area for the first time this summer and the brewery was strongly recommended. No disappointment here. What a fun stop on a hot afternoon. Amazing service and the beer was 10/10. Strongly recommend this spot.

Make sure to check out this gem.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon while visiting Blue Mountain. We always have liked Thornbury Cider and wanted to go to the source when we had the chance. It was a nice day so we had lunch out on the patio. The servers were all very friendly and accomodating. We tried the sample flight of ciders and enjoyed sampling the difference between the tastes. The lunch menu isn't large but it was adequate and went well with the ciders. They had a band on Sunday afternoon and the place had a great vibe. Everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. After lunch we hit the retail store to get some additional ciders for the remainder of our visit. This was a great experience and we hope to return sometime.

Excellent ciders/beer. Extensive store. Small but tasty menu.
Located at the east end of town, right on the Collingwood to Meaford rail trail cycling path. Makes an excellent stop off or turn around point. 15 km bike ride from the Blue Mountain village. Numerous ciders and a few beers. You pay for tasting flights. They did let us try a sample before buying a full glass. Small menu with about 4 appetizer style plates. We tried the brushetta, and it was excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating. Tours available. Friendly staff. Lots of parking and a bike rack. Huge store with everything they brew, plus lots of t-shirts, etc.

We had a lovely snack and tasting experience. Our servers, Justine and Chad were amazing. The food was lovely and the cider is some of the best.

I called ahead of time to try to make a reservation for the domes outside. They said they didn’t take reservations. Then, when we got there we asked to be seated in the domes and they said they were reserved. We were confused as to how that was possible considering they didn’t take reservations.

We ordered 2 beers and a cocktail. It wasn’t the greatest. Ordered pretzel bites and you could tell they were frozen from a bag and simply reheated. I wouldn’t come here again.

I apologize for the confusion. Our indoor seating is first come first served but while the igloos are in use during the winter season they are booked via our website. This should have been explained to you when you called and inquired about the igloos. They have now been taken down for the summer but i will follow up with our staff regardless. I am disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your vist, but i can entirely understand your frustration with the miscommunication regarding the igloo spaces. I can assure you however, that the pretzel bites are not "frozen from a bag and simply reheated"

What a great place to sample different ciders! There are also seltzers and beers, but we stuck to 3 flights of ciders. There was live music the afternoon we stopped in, and a friendly vibe. Service was friendly and efficient. The snacks looked ok but very limited selection. Highly recommend as a fun place to stop.

Stopped by yesterday for a couple drinks. For a place that is so large with a huge patio I really expected more from their drinks. Tried a flight of their ciders, they were all WAY too sweet. Tried a flight of their beers and they were ok, not good not bad. Too many options on the menu and underwhelmed by them all.

dmtowns, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the product which you sampled. With 26 taps available to choose from there are definitely lots of options. Our servers are always happy to help guests find selections that are most to their taste. If you visit us in the future, may I suggest our Zero Sugar Apple Cider or our lineup of Zero Sugar Cider Seltzers? As the names suggest, all of these products are as dry as a cider can be. Alternatively, a Build-Your-Own flight of our Zero Sugar Cider, Tragically Hip Road Apples Apples Cider, Premium Craft Apple Cider and either our Honey Crisp Apple Cider or our Rose Apple Cider would provide you with the driest of our conventional cider lineup.

This was probably our fifteen visit here over the years since they opened. The service is usually okay, never good or friendly. But usually okay. I’m not sure if they are just understaffed for the amount of customers they get on weekends. It seems like it. Today it was full when we went after hiking. The person at the front door was really abrupt and almost rude. You could totally tell she could not have cared less if we left. It probably would have been a relief to her. This is the third time we’ve been there since January and each time it has gotten worse with the service. Their beers and ciders are really good. It’s probably better to just buy some to go. I don’t think we will stop in again. We ended up going to the collingwood brewery and it was awesome. It was packed and there was a wait for everything. But the staff was still super friendly and nice and seemed glad we were there. A totally different vibe for sure. Normally I don’t leave negative reviews because I never know if it’s just a bad day at a place. But service seems consistently pretty unfriendly.
