This historical ship turned restaurant is a very good place to have a meal in very historical surroundings. Limited but good menu for a very interesting dinner. Recommended

Wouldn't have given it more stars except it is under reconstruction at the moment but very good history Andrew think it will be worth 5 stars next year when they finish the job

This sailing vessel is a beautiful ship that is worth taking time to see. They are in the process of restoring and putting it on display in a more prominent place in the future. If you can wait to see it when it is finished...More

While Pommern is still undergoing renovations, we were able to get a limited - access tour on board. Unlike other ships, she never had an engine fitted, and is the last of the great sailing ships to be left unmodified. Beautifully built and maintained, she...More

An old sailship turned to museum. Gives one interesting insight to what life was like on ships in the past, sailing around the globe.

The museumship Pommern wasn't open - closed for maritime restoration work - and some of the artifacts are now in the maritime museum temporarily - BUT it's still worth a walk to see the impressive ship - it's huge

Museum Ship Pommern is undergoing renovations in Marienhamn dock. The ship was easy to find since the island is very small. It is closed for public 2017 but you can admire it from the shore

Built on the Clyde for a german shipping company in the early 1900's, its an impressive ship that ended its career working out of the Aland Islands. Its under repair at present and was closed to visitors but its still impressive

It's an easy bike ride or walk from the town center. The ship is beautiful but apparently undergoing some renovations on the deck so we were told the museum wouldn't be open in 2017. It's still worth seeing the outside and the beautiful waterfront.
