I purchased 50 colourful Brumate flasks for guests at my golf club ladies member and guest, and they were a big hit with the ladies. After talking with Gina, the owner, she soon had the price and delivery date for the order. Gina was very helpful and professional in all correspondence, and the flasks arrived earlier than expected. Michelle, Gina's employee, is equally helpful and pleasant. The store is nicely laid out with many lovely gifts .... a must visit in Manotick.

The staff went the extra mile and ordered an out of stock special item that I saw on their website. It came in with time to spare and they wrapped it up nicely and got it to me via contactless curb side pickup in time for a special family birthday. Thanks so much!

I did not visit the store itself, but ordered some chocolates online for Father's Day. I live out of the country so this was perfect for me. Items shipped promptly and went expedited shipping. They were packed perfectly, and the Lasting Impressions team even put a chill pack in with them so that they would not get melted in the June heat, even though they were only going across town! My dad was thrilled and my mother has added them to her list of places for great gifts. I will definitely shop with them again!

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary or struggling to find something for the hard to buy for, you have to check out this shop. You will quickly find items that you did not know you needed. Staff will help you locate that perfect gift based on your description. Combine this with some of the best customer service around, it is great experience even for the person who is not a fan of shopping. If you are a fan of shopping, you can likely spend a lot of time in the store.

I have continually had a good experience here. Good service. Creative gifts. And I like their Alex and Ani choices. I continue to go back here because the vibe and the items are lovely.

Lasting Impressions is the perfect one stop shop for any kind of gifts and unique items you might be looking for! I got this awesome pizza cutter in the form of a bike - so original!! You'll definitely find anything you need here and much more. They have everything from jewelry to clothing items to home decorations! Highly recommend you stopping in next time you're in Manotick.
