Centennial beach is a great family friendly beach in Tsawwassen that has pretty good take out food, fantastic playground, tennis courts, open fields, trails and of course the beach. In the summer when the tide goes out you can walk for almost a mile out. When the tide rises it warms the water to 80+ degrees and is real nice... More

Centennial Beach is beautiful with mountain views. The beach and park are very clean and well maintained. A few years ago a new restaurant, showers and washrooms were build and they too are very clean. One of the local Rotary clubs built a wonderful play area for children. There are several picnic tables as well as grassy areas for picnicking.... More

Wonderful for building sand castles and wading in the water if you have toddlers. All ages seemed to be enjoying the surroundings. Wonderful playground near by with change facilities as well.

great long beach with huge tidal flats to explore at low tide and which warm the water as it comes in for lots of shallow swimming. Great view of Mount Baker to the south. Great facilities with concession and change rooms and kids playground.

This is a fee area unless you have a pass, but it is a nice place to stop for a walk on the beach. The view of the sound is exceptional.

Tsawwassen is often seen as a small city where you can take the ferry to go to Vancouver Island, or drive further south to cross the border to the US. Little may be known that it has a hidden gem by the name of Centennial Beach located just north of the US-Canadian border. It has a beautiful and massive playground... More

Not the greatest place to see - its essentially a mud bay so don't expect to be able to wade in the water or anything. Lots of birds, and a nice walk if the weather is good. Pathways not what you would expect - nothing like Stanley Park, very primitive and basic. OK to see once, but I wouldn't put... More

This is a fabulous place to be almost any time of the year in BC You can either suntan, barbecue with the family, or have a wiener roast on this beach. You can either enjoy the view of the water sitting on a log, swim with the kids, pick up shells or walk your dog along the trail. Very popular... More
