Ontario is truly yours to discover, located in the small town of Elora, it's a nice place for a day out, some water sports or camping. Place is well kept and you can Park your Car and Camp right there. There are some walking trails...More

We arrived at the Elora Gorge Conservation area around 11 am. There was no line up and we got in quickly. We paid $12.50 I think for 1 adult and 2 kids (aged 11 and 13). But I had read if you keep your receipt...More

Worst experience camping I've had due to the "power hungry" park rangers who work there. Park rangers came by the first night a few minutes after 11pm and told us we were being too loud despite the fact that we were simply sitting around the...More

We went for a 2 night camping trip and had a lot of fun. Our campsite was great, other than the higher amount of traffic that went by (we were aware before booking). It really wasn't that much of a bother. Great site with picnic...More

I grew up in elora and loved the gorge. I'd spend hours down there reading books or just hanging out with friends. After a trip home to visit family I wanted to go down there and relive old memories. The gorge is beautiful, one of...More

It was a nice day for a walk, no bugs which I had expected. The entire gorge area is fenced - haven't seen this in other places, we were surprised. If you go to the launch area for tubing you can get to the water....More

Charged my Visa $150 after I returned the tubing equipment late when the shuttle was canceled. The manager Angela was rude and condescending. Currently working with Visa for the refund. Won't be back!

We went here expecting a big hike but I will say it was quite short! Its beautiful though. Just a 4 star rating simply b/c its quite a small place to be. $6 an adult for a short hike seems a bit steep to me.

Beautiful gorge, lovely hiking trails, some very unique shops and Artisans, from top quality leather shop, hand blown glass and glass artisan, to renowned artist Kreso with his working gallery in town. Small town with lots to offer. Fresh bread bakery, with a posted schedule...More

Great place for a hike.. you can even tube down the river.. Hike is almost completely in the trees so its a great place in the hot summer. Also lots of camping (although I did not do that)

It's two different places. You will have to go in town to get to the quarry. It will take around 50 minutes. I hope I was helpful.

Well, I would say that each side of the gorge has different views. Let's say the Parking area side and Tubing launching zone side. The P side with high cliffs which was fenced provides stunning view of water far below. From... More
