The museum is right next store to the Yukon Hotel Restaurant and gas. It is full of taxidermy animals found in the region. It was worth a look.

A modern version of the old Alaska Highway roadhouses, there is this combination service station, motel, RV park, and restaurant on the western end of the Nisutlin Bay Bridge on Teslin Lake. What I didn't expect was a small, but first-class, wildlife museum that is part of this complex. Admission is free (donation accepted) and is definitely worth your time... More

We were happy to find this little museum at the Yukon Motel. The animals were so interesting and my 12 year old grandson and I really enjoyed it. And it was free! We bought some postcards at the gift shop and right next door to the museum is a post office where we were able to buy stamps and mail... More
