Astonishing view of colorful sea and beautiful rocks, about 30 minutes driving from city center, you will pass by German village on the way.

Though at the cape itself, there is a park that has great view of the ocean. Paying 200yen/pax to go up and have some cool wind (against the hot day) is even better. Enjoy the various blue tones of the Ocean from the top.

The view is very good as it is really at the tip of a long narrow cape. It's a bit of a climb up to the the top but well worth it. Gives panoramic views of the whole island and has some nice shortish walks around it Recommended

North end of Miyako, the Lighthouse offers a great panoramic view of beautiful water and rock formations. It is about a 700m walk from the parking lot, but you Poke-goers may 'find' some interest, as well. Bathrooms and vending machines at parking lot.

It's a pretty lighthouse, easy walk to the top to take in beautiful views. The lush grounds are very well kept and it was a peaceful environment, at least when we went in the spring. It was 200 yen for adults to go into the...More

We came to the light house an hour before sunset, which, I think, was perfect. The sun doesn't set too nicely here, but that's also the reason it's almost completely deserted around this time. My husband and I had a nice walk. The area is...More
