Amazing beach, beautiful sea, lovely prom, pleasant place selling delightful drinks or ices. However It has a very icky looking council estate behind it, Port Talbot Steel Works on one side and Swansea on the other side. All very weird.

Port Talbot steel works at one end, Swansea at the other, huge housing estate landside. In between a very, very nice beach with nice sand, all blue flag standard. Pleasant promenade to walk along and get fresh air.

Stayed at the eponymous Our hotel- swam the sea- chatted up the natives! Clean beach- very safe- plenty of parking- who’d have thunk it!

From May 1st to October, dogs are banned on the main beach. They are allowed on the "little beach" and West of the Naval Club where people go wind surfing etc.
