It would be a great thing: creating a co-working space for nomads on the island! Myself I came to the island after retiring my ‘real’ job but I still am active as a freelance financial consultant. I have clients from Europe, India and Malaysia. And you know what is so fantastic? • I work mostly on the terrace, • I... More

If you wanted to simply relax, let the days pass by and enjoy nature at the same time, go visit this place. Food is very reasonable. You can rent a motorcycle for a day or two to go around the entire island if you don't have your own vehicle. White island, Mantigue island, ardent hot spring, katibawasan falls, tuasan falls,... 1. Food were cheap with many restos offering eat all you can for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will just cost you 150 to 200 pesos and foods are worth it. 2. The island offers variety of activities and places to go- mantigue island, white island, katibawasan falls, tuasan falls, sunken cemetery, giant clam sanctuary, ardent hot spring and sto... More

The island is very small and can be toured in half a day. My favorite part was when we took a small boat to the sunken cemetery to admire the beautiful view of the island from there, and the very jolly boatman who also served as our photographer. + lush and green views of the mountains/volcanoes + nice coastal views... The island was very nice, especially the nature. The mountain and the see meet here in harmony, and the water was clear and clean. Travelling by ship from Balingoan to Camiguin is not made easy. We had to que for an hour because no one people incharge there and many people waiting and also buy many diffirents kinds of tikets... More

Quite small island - ca. 80.000 inhabitants. Can be tricky to get there and to leave - my plane from Cebu City had to turn back due to low cloud level. Ferry to Bohol just 3 times a week. The most reliable way leads via Cagayan de Oro på Mindanao. Extremally humid climat - not fot the people with sinus... More

Clear blue waters; beautiful cloud-free sunny skies; a light cool breeze. The Philippines has to be one of the prettiest places on earth and Camiguin just adds the cream to the cake. Everything is cheap as chips, but that doesn't mean it's rubbish ... on the contrary. We took a boat to a nearby island and some snorkelling. All up... More

This is one of places I fell in love with. The place was so rustic and simple, gives you a wonderful feeling of being away from all the noise in the city. Seeing nature and being with it during our entire stay make me wanting to back to this very lovely place.
