The palace is really lovely. It's beautifully decorated and has been restored to most of its former glory. The gardens and the layout ensure some escape from the heat. There are English and French speaking guides available (included in the ticket price of 200 dinar),...More

Ahmed bey castle is a beautiful place to visit with an amazing ottoman, when you enter there it takes you centuries back to the ottoman era. The castle is very well located in the city center.

We passed this palace and decided to have a look. It looks abandoned, the gardens aren't taken care of - it's a pity, it could be a pleasant place to drink a juice or something but the place is simply not taken care of.
