I prefer Sirena over Paraiso simply because it feels more active with more things to do. Make sure you go to the tip )walk away from Paraiso) and then you will see tons of conch shells and starfish. The fish come right up to your feet, so carry some food for them too. The water are less calm than the... More

We went three times. By ATV bus and catamaran. Calm waters lots of fish starfish shellfish. A bar and restaurant along with deserted areas. You can get away from everyone here too.

Only thing that was plus plus was the differing species of fish you could see from the marinas and docks. Other than that, it did not impress, but it would have if I wasn't on one of the more beautiful stretches, I noted Paraiso, Bravo, Gran Caribe, to the left of Sol had unimpressive beaches

We arrived at Sirena Beach after two days sailing from Cienfuegos: calm blue water in comparison to the open sea. Nice sandy beach to swim to from the boat, absence of vendors, no disturbing noices, occasional walking tourists from 10 to 16h. Excellent sailing destination.

Super soft buttery sand, beautiful clear waters, chair rental was 2CUC for the day. If you walked around to the other side you could actually see live starfish and conches in the ocean but on that side there are jellyfish to watch out for

Found if you walk up away from the lounge chair area to the right for about 1/2 hour , there is some great snorkeling when the weed line and sand bottom meet. Saw many fish and rays. You have to pay 2 cuc's for per chair if there are any, so get there early. It is a good walk from... More

A must do beach, spent 2 of our 7 day trip at this beach. Meet all our wants for great snorkeling and opportunity to see ocean life.

Gorgeous beach, but little shade. bring a beach umbrella from your hotel if they allow it (Pelicano does). They only have 120 beach chairs, so you have to get there early or bribe someone the day before. With kids it can be challenging with all the gear to bring with you, but worth a visit.

After 15 minutes walking in the sea completely transparent, our eyes felt on the sea stars vision. They were so close to us, it's been possible take a picture and touch a bit. But don't take out from the water, it's dangerous for them. Playa sirena is a desert and wild beach, where the sea animals and birds are the... More
