Cavelossim has one of the best beaches in Goa. The beach is quiet and clean unlike the noisy north Goa beaches. There are limited shacks that offer decent food at reasonable prices.

The beach is very long with lovely white sand. The bars are good especially Mikes shack, the only issue is the hassle that you get as you pass the bars from people trying to get you in to eat or drink can be very annoying....More

A total relaxing beach with good amount of waves, perfect for a dip.. the clean white sands are good for kids to make sand castles and the parents to sit back and enjoy their time.

This is one of the most beautiful beach in south Goa. this beach is less crowded so you can relax and enjoy your trip, Goan food/drinks from the beach. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced and the quality has always been fairly good.

Not sure why Cavelossim Beach is not the best in Goa - great beach shack and the water is incredibly inviting.

This is a beautiful beach. You can rent sunbeds, or just buy food and/or drinks from the beach shacks and they usually allow you to use them as a customer. Toilets are very basic, so go prepared. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced...More

Not on most beaches. The water tends to be a bit choppy, but not always and plenty of people swimming.

Sorry for being late in answering this, but if you are still there, I would recommend that you fix up a stay at south goa, its far more serene. Avoid going to small places since its rainy season and stick to popular spots... More
