This Hall is one of the finest example of manor house we have in the area. The building still preserves its original beauty and is very well preserved, whilst the interiors offer plenty to discover about life at that time and the people who used to live here. The grounds are not too big, but enough to have half an... More

This house is featured on so many calendars, tourist brochures etc that I had wanted to visit for many years. We arrived on a wet, chilly summer day. No matter. The National Trust staff were wonderful, from the lady on the gate, the person who welcomed us as we crossed the moat and the guides in every room. This is... More

What a lovely location I never tire of visiting Little Moreton Hall. We took my son and partner for a visit. They were very impressed with the tour guide, who gave a clear account of the history of the building. The building is quirky and very interesting. The gardens are lovely and there is nice cafe with lovely cakes.

My other half an I wanted a day out (son was with nanny) and this is one of the places I've wanted to go for ages but said child wasn't as keen, perfect opportunity. Firstly the man in the shop was lovely and signed us up for a membership! Very helpful. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house almost... More

We stopped here for a few hours and had a great time. The house has been very well maintained/restored and it was fascinating to explore. The garden is nice and we had lunch at the tea rooms - a little overpriced but what you expect from National Trust. We have membership so got in for free and I am not... More

What a beautiful piece of unspoiled history. Really stunning for what was a farm house! The carvings and patterns in the wood on the outside are amazing and being able to wander around the inside with its sloping floors and lopsided walls was facinating. I went around twice so that I could soak it all up.

My husband, young daughter and I visited for a few hours and it was lovely. On arrival we stopped to look at a tudor bread making demonstration, which my daughter was unsure of at first, but loved it when she was given her own little bit of dough to play with. We then stopped for lunch and ate in the... More

The house is very well renovated and has lots of information about its history. The house is full with volunteer workers if you still want to find out more. The grounds are small but good for a little stroll round.
