Visited this park on a whim. It's an all day affair, and well worth the admission. Try going in the fall when the plants are at their peak reddish color. The colors are very surreal. I'll return this year. Depending on where you live in...More

Dare I say! OMG the carpets of nemophila are breathtaking! You can take a little train up to it and through the whole park ,Y600, if you don't feel like walking. It does take 15 minutes or so to walk from the entrance to the...More

Takes a bit of a walk to get to the hilltop garden (Miharashi Hill) as it is situated quite deep in the park. The red kokia bushes were absolutely stunning this season (Went there mid-October.. so.. Autumn?) but apparently the nemophilas are even more beautiful...More

I have been here twice, for the kokia in the fall and neophilia in the spring. Both were awesome! But prepare a whole day trip, because the park is really huge. Plus, if you are coming from Tokyo, this is quite far, so might as...More

The flowers were past their peak but still beautiful especially when the wind is blowing. Its a huge park and only went to check tne nemophila and the tulips. Most of the tulips were already withered.

Best time to visit is end of April and early May. It was raining lightly when we visited. It is accessible by bus. It's a huge park without proper signage. A map is provided at the ticket booth. Good eating options are available. Children's park...More
