A wonderful area of mixed forest, beach, marsh and loaded with local history. A gem in the crown of Ontario parks.

I love it here. 5 minutes from my home and a nice place to go and read, sit in the water or beach and just mellowest. Not to mention the wildlife and rolling waves on a wet stormy day with a hot drink,

We regularly visit Presqu'ile Provincial Park. It is a great park year around. Not too many people, great views and walks and great wild life. Right now the monarchs are migrating to Mexico. Great beaches for children to go into Ontario Lake.

Love that the trails are not too long and easy. Park setting is beautiful with access to the waterfront in many places. Lots of picnic tables around for a nice lunch with a view!

Yes, dogs are welcome. They are NOT allowed at the Sandy beach, but you can take them close to the camping ground to the gravel beaches. They will love it.

No dogs are permitted at the sandy beaches. You can let the dogs swim on the pebble beaches in the day area towards the light house. My dog loves it.
