Beautiful spot and you may be lucky with dolphins

Gorgeous spot and was lucky to catch a pod of dolphins on one of the 5 visits. Recommend you visit just after the low tide when current bringing fish in.

Parking was easy enough due to a free car park before the beach. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins, but that's the gamble you take when looking for nature. It was still... More

Usually parking available. May not always see the Dolphins. Nevertheless well worth just going for a stroll.

Travelling around the black isle we visited Chanonry Point twice and were lucky enough to see dolphins on both occasions - well worth a visit.

As we were staying at Culloden we make a trip here in the hope of seeing dolphins. We were not disappointed and it was well worth the drive and braving the extremely cold wind. A lovely spot for nature lovers.

I go to Chanonry Point as often as I can while visiting the Highlands. It has the most stunning scenery and is a very peaceful place. The real attraction is the chance of seeing dolphins. I have been lucky on every visit and it is magical as you watch the dolphins dive out of the water. If you are going... More

Best place to sit and watch dolphins, but be prepared for a wait as they don't come on time. I recommend to bring binoculars and a flask of coffee.
