A beautiful wide beach, with plenty of space, and a couple of bar/restaurants. Stunning views in all directions.

Great long walk from north all the way to Morro Jable (3km) and to top of hill in town and then back along the walkway to the start, passing Lighthouse on way out and varios crazy sculptures on way back.

This is a no frills ( and sometimes no clothes) beach for all to enjoy. There are long stretches of sandy beach, and swimming when the sea is not too rough. Cafes and other facilities are on the edge of the beach, and easily accessible. It never seems to get too crowded.

This is one of our favourite beaches in Fuerteventura. It is easily accessible from our hotel, is not crowded, and the beach is kept clean by the local authorities. The sea is generally calm for swimming in, although this is dependent on local weather conditions. It is a windy island, and when the wind gets up, so do the breakers. There are loos by the exit to the beach, and in some parts sun loungers for hire.

Among the beaches of Fuerteventura with the largest extension, you will not regret spending a day there. Jandia welcomes its visitors on a bed of soft golden sand set in a lunar landscape in a crescendo of emotions given by the colors of the sea that lap the coast. Immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters, whose colors vary from green to turquoise, in a relaxed atmosphere and pleasantly pampered by the sea breezes is priceless. The beach seems endless and also has areas equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

We always enjoy coming back to Playa de Jandia. The long sandy beach stretches for many kilometers and is ideal for long walks.
If you want to walk around rocky areas, you have to pay attention to the tides; in some places you can only get around at low tide.
Otherwise, there are beautiful, flat stretches of beach that are also popular for morning jogging.
The section where we were was between Moro Jable and the Iberostar Playa Gaviotas. Here you can easily walk at any time of day or have a leisurely day at the beach.
