My husband and I were coming to the end of a pleasant mile walk around the park today. Our sweet Dalmatian was running off lead as we headed to the car park. She was attacked by 2 approx 40 -50 Kilo Bull Mastiffs like the one in Hooch film. Luckily the owners pulled them off her and she only had... More

Had a lovely day out here, lovely landscape, and easy access paths, some lovely views over the reservoir. Well worth a visit.

We often walk around the reservoir as it is nearby. Regardless of the season there is always something of interest to see with many species of bird both on and around the water. The parking charge helps pay for the upkeep and improvements are being made to the paths to make it wheelchair accessible all around the reservoir. We particularly... More

Took our Grandchildren to Sywell Country Park to run off some energy! The loved it and so did we adults. Plenty to see and do and the children's play area is "awesome" according to our five year old!

Went for a walk on a cold afternoon but soon warmed up. The views are lovely and the lake with the different birds is well worth a visit

Paths are more walker friendly as a result of Rangers improvements. Cafe is adequate, excellent use of the old reservoir site.

It is a lovely walk but not all of it has paths. Plus it a lot longer then it looks but worth it. The kids park is ok. The car park can get busy in the nice weather. So go early.

One of my favourite places for a walk near Northampton. A perfect distance of 3 miles with great views and birds to watch. The water is always peaceful and calming. Good area for children to go too with a play area of swings etc and another area to explore with wood carvings of animals and insects, slides and tunnels etc.... More

Sywell Park is full of fun for kids & adults to play, explore with different places to walk. At the beginning or the end of activity there is a cafe to grab a drink & bit to eat.
