I really enjoyed this museum specialised in the history of the local textile production. The building itself is very charming and the exposition is extremely rich. Possibly your main destination if you happen to be in Ivanovo.

Very authentic building - house of a wealthy family. Has many original features. Museum inside is excellent. All walls, doors, windows whisper history. Walking through this place gives one a sensation of being in some time machine, outside reality.
