Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago after watching a programme on TV about the old hospital that was used during the Second World War. It was a beautiful day in Autumn. You don't need to pay to get in just for the car park. There is plenty of space to walk the dog around the... More

We walk our dog every Sunday morning though the park and into the woods and it's a wonderful walk. Accept the morning after an event ie firework night when the the place is covered in litter. Can't believe that the event organiser do not provide enough bins and organise a clear up first thing the following morning. It's a disgrace... More

Not a great deal to interest children who need to be entertained.Entry is free . Pleasant walks in what used to be the grounds of a military hospital. The Cafe is fine for a light lunch. The chapel (see photograph) was being renovated when we visited so was closed to visitors.

I've often passes Netley on the Red Funnel from the Isle of Wight so it was really good to take a look round. I didn't realise how far it was on foot from the Railway Station although there may be a shorter route I didn't find. Unfortunately I arrived too late for the ploughman's lunch I had been recommended by... More

Brilliant place with loads for children to do. My little girl loves it all. Especially loved the train ride and the swings.

Park full of families on picnics playing games. Lots of dogs which suited us. Play areas amd miniature train good for kids. The walk to the toilet was quite long given the size of the park with woods. Easy access to shingle clean beach down ramp or steps. Park on a slope but wheelchair accessible. Sat nav doesnt take to... More

Took my godsons (5 and 7) here during the summer holidays and they loved it. There was an area with bouncy castles, mini golf and trampolines which cost £5 per child for an hour's access, and was well worth it, the boys used everything for the full hour and really enjoyed it, it was the highlight of their day. We... More
