Rubbish every where. Not had a nice meal in 2 days, and food expensive. The few attractions are poor at best.Very boring place.
A short 15 minute boat ride (not the ferry), lovely beach on the other side of the island, access by tuk tuk. Cheap food on the beach and leg & shoulder massage for 300bht, highly recommended.

Koh Si Chang is a nice small island with nearly no "Farangs" Only one small beach to go swimming. But the right place if you want to leave busy Bangkok for a weekend. Just rent a bike and drive around. Eat authentic Thai food.
