Ended up on a cruise, yes I work there, that actually had Tristan Da Cunha as a stop in the schedule. Nobody really thought this out as less small cruise ships don't stop here, the port/island can't handle that. Managed to get enough info and help from the local police and SAR to transport our guest ashore after all and... More

A place I always wanted to go to. The remotest inhabited island in the world. We were the first ship there since november.
