A lovely walk up to the castle ruins. There is lots of information up there. The grass was beautifully kept and it is free to go in .

You need to walk up to this castle as it’s perched on a hilltop, but your efforts are rewarded with a picturesque ruin and great views out to see and across the estuary.

Nice place for a look around after a lovely walk on the beach. Bit of a climb up the surrounding hills, but great sea views on the way.
