Full of rustic charm, plenty of friendly animals which you can feed ( bags of food were £1.00) and excellent fun but also very interesting educational talks about the gorgeous gentle giants, the heavy horses. Lots for children to do and see. The cafe food...More

I think we have been yearly for the past 4 years and today did not disappoint. Plenty for the children to do from hands on with the animals to letting off steam on the play equipment. We’ll be back next year!

Went on my own with my 7 year old and 4 year old twins. Arrived shortly after opening, and despite the fairly compact nature of the park, the kids were still finding things to do at closing time. The horses are gorgeous and are well...More

What a magnificent visit! We returned to this attraction for the October half term week. Sausages cider and festive activities. There was face painting, pumpkin carving, horse shoe decorating and air riffle target shooting as-well as super treasure hunt which began in the native teepee...More

Took our granddaughter, who is nearly two, to see the animals and chose this venue as it is fairly local. The first hurdle was getting through the heavy wooden door to reception, this was not buggy friendly and would be difficult to access with a...More

A wonderful day out, especially if you love horses and want to help preserve heavy horse breed's. Not only great things for the young children but a real education opportunity for everyone.

Wonderful attraction. Good to see our heritage preserve in this way. An education in the history and use of heavy horses through the ages. If not supported, we'll lose these magnificent animals for ever.
