Not been here for years but in Easter Saturday we and the two children set out. What a fantastic place!! Lots of walks to explore, access to a clean beach with exciting rock-pools l! A great day out! The little cafe did a pretty good chocolate cake in order to re-fuel

Went to Danes Duke on Monday took our dog and our granddaughter. The weather was beautiful. What a gem of a place to go. There is everything a beach to play on. Woods to play in. Or even just saunter through the woods listening to the birds singing. In the car park are toilets and a small cafe. The food... More

Nice accessible car park, spectacular beach and woodland walks. We have been two days in a row and still we were well impressed with Danes dyke. The dogs were in heaven. The woodland walk is hard if you aren't greatly mobile but the the main pathway the beach is a gentle slop downwards and predominantly a gentle slope upwards but... More

We used to live moments form here and it really is special. A steep walk down to the beach can either be down a concrete ramp or a romp through the woods. Either way you come out in a cove surrounded by white cliffs, it really is something special.

The parking is cheap The BEACH is nice. The walk is non description through lifeless woods which aren't maintained. The pathways are treacherous and could do with a good clean up. I realise it's Winter but it does not look like anything as been changed since last year. Wanted to have a cup of coffee with the wife after we had... More

A great walk today in the wind and rain. Limited amenities but stunning views. Steep steps and wellies a must. Car park is pay and display so take some change
