Had such a fantastic day at Caballos de Luz with the with awesome and intrepid Lucie! Our afternoon started with some outdoor wild swimming in their glorious backyard river (with a really fun rope swim and natural jacuzzi), then we had a very professional briefing on horseriding from Lucie, followed by a stunning 2 hour horse ride across beautiful terrain, which was then topped off with a stunning and delicious dinner as sunset dropped across the valley. Lucie made the day a total success, and her horses are really well trained and easy to ride! Can't recommend this enough! …

Part of a commune (not a ranch stay, which we expected) and very expensive for what it is for sure. Food is great and lovely horse ride but you pay for it! We stayed the night of a full moon festival and the owner offered us earplugs and then left for the night as too loud! Very basic more back packing than Glam-ping for sure.…

Highly recommend giving this a try. The landscape is amazing and you couldn't really walk through some of it without a horse. Lucie is a great guide and makes you feel so comfortable. Her garden is a dream and the lunch was outstanding. Everything about this place is quite magical and I am so glad we came for a visit.…

We did a two hours horseback riding tour with Lucie and had dinner afterwards. The fact that the horses are treated well is very important to us. So, we are happy we found Caballos de Luz. Lucie is a very friendly, open minded, and respectful person who cares a lot about her environment and the appropriate interaction with her animals. She adjusted to the needs of all group members during the tour and made it a very enjoyable time. The landscape was amazing and the horses were very trustful and well trained. Also, the vegetarian dinner was great and we had a nice time watching the sunset while eating. We would definitely recommend Caballos de Luz and are hoping to come back for an extended stay. Thank you so much Lucie! We wish you all the best.…
