My husband said it was the best gluten free fish and chips he'd ever eaten although it was quite noisy with the piped music

Good beer, good pool table, nice after a sea side walk. My girlfriend was born in the car park so she should have a Blue Plaque on the wall :)

We were in the area and stopped here looking for an early dinner. Being gluten free and usually unable to enjoy traditional fish & chips, I was very excited to see that this pub served a gluten free version and it was delicious - light...More

Went here yesterday for Sunday roast, absolutely delicious. Very quiet in there but had a lovely cosy atmosphere, the staff were so helpful too.

Really friendly and welcoming pub. Not much else around so luckily this fits the bill nicely. Only had a light lunch but it was nicely done.

I dream and drool over my meal there. We must find the time to go again soon. The meat was superb. The vegetables were all tasty and not over cooked/overheated. The service was friendly, efficient and not intrusive. Best meal out for very many years.
