Cutest place in earth
Aug. 2020 • Friends
Island Hill Farm is a magical place. Visited the farm many times and keep going back as it is truly the Cutest Place on Earth. Its calming, clean and a place where you just feel so relaxed and at peace. There is no stress at tge farm. Farmer Flory and her staff are absolutely amazing. You go in as a visitor and leave as a friend. They are very welcoming and really go out of their ways to make sure you take it all in. The cafe has the best coffee on the island and the goat milk products are high quality and the best you will definitely find anywhere. Thanks Farmer Flory and staff for the warm welcome. Its a MUST see! ❤️🐐❤️

Favorite place to visit on PEI!!
Aug. 2020 • Family
Our family visits PEI every summer and we make it a point to visit Island Hill Farm each trip! And it never disappoints ❤ Farmer Flory is so kind and always takes the time to chat with the kids and take a photo, no matter how busy it is. The animals are very well cared for and they are so happy living there. You HAVE to buy some soap and room spray from their shop.. its the absolute best!!

I love going to Island Hill Farms every once in a while just because it is pretty expensive per person. It's fun to be able to interact with the goats and bunnies, and its a nice change for kids!

Our visit
Oct. 2019 • Couples
My husband and I absolutely love coming here. Flory, Rebecca and their staff are wonderful. They are all so kind and caring. Flory the owner is someone I would call a friend. She absolutely love her animals and they love her. If you have never been here I certainly recommend it! Our favorite place!🤣

Our Favourite Place!
Sep. 2019 • Family
From the moment you step onto the farm, you become part of the family. Flory and all of her staff ensure that you and your guests have an unforgettable experience. We have been visiting the farm since 2015 and will keep coming back. From seeing milking demonstrations, to cuddling baby goats, holding baby chicks, and feeding baby goats. Snuggling a bunny or laughing at Gavin the donkey being... well, a donkey! The farm is the best place. With their recent addition of the cafe with coffee, treats, and ice cream, it's even more fun to spend a day with kids young and old alike! The goats milk soap and deodorant are some of our favourite toiletries we have found and keep us coming back for more. Flory and family and all of the staff and volunteers, thank you for an amazing experience that keeps us always coming back for more!

Awful place to visit
Aug. 2019
Place is a waste of money and time. It's very small, overcrowded and really what's there to do? Look at some goats? We paid a lot for a family of 6 and then they try to get you into their gift shop to pay ridiculous prices for their "handmade" soap? I can make my own for way less! The managers seemed to be really snotty during our visit too. Didn't like the short haired girl at all, she has a know it all vibe going and it's not attractive at all. If I could give lower than 1 star I would! Take a look at some of their other really bad reviews, the owner is very snarky and so are the managers. Won't ever best wasting time, money or energy on this "petting zoo" again.

An experience that "got my goat"!
Aug. 2019
" No ice - cream for you!!!" could be a PEI Seinfeld episode! Last weekend I went to the Farm to inquire about the goat yoga with the intent to take the information back home to organize a future group trip. While there our friends wanted to go for a tour in the barn. My husband and I chose to stay behind and wait for them as they toured the barn. We decided to go for an ice cream (on their property) and sit outside at the picnic tables and enjoy the beautiful PEI day. We were informed that we could only purchase an ice-cream if we paid an admission fee into the barn or leave the property once receiving our ice-cream. Of course we did not buy the ice-cream as we were waiting for our friends to finish their tour. We then walked over to the fence that was in the parking lot area and stood and admired the beautiful landscape. We were then approached by an employee, who we thought was coming over to have a friendly chat, only to be told that if we do not intend to purchase tickets into the barn we were to leave the property. We went over to our friends car (who we were traveling with) and texted to see if they could unlock the doors. As we waited we were approached by a young employee and the owner who basically reiterated their policy and once again informed us that if we were not paying we need to leave the property. My husband and I were both shocked and disappointed. Once our friends finished their tour we abruptly left in total disbelief in what just happened. We made a special trip to the farm and despite what the website states about making a positive impact on others lives we felt totally alienated. I hope, from this day forward, no other tourist experience such treatment. I only wish them the best!!!Unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of experiencing goat yoga or ice-cream at this venue. As the day went on and we processed the experience I could only think how would Gerry,Elaine, Kramer and George respond to such a situation of being "kick off a goat farm"?

The happiest goats in the world
Jul. 2019
This place is a DELIGHT. I would recommend it to anyone -- with kids of ANY age, or without kids. It is simply wonderful. The animals are all so happy and cared for so well. The employees are also extremely happy and helpful and just seem to love working there. And the owner is obviously living the dream -- she's so enthusiastic and always has a smile on her face. We were able to bottle-feed and cuddle with little goats, hold baby bunnies and chicks, run with goats/alpacas and brush them and watch a milking demo. There's also a cafe there now with GOOD coffee and a soap shop where they sell handmade soap made from their own goats' milk (the soap is fantastic). The whole place is exceptionally clean for a farm setting.

Loved, loved loved it!
Jul. 2019
I was skeptical of their "Cutest place on Earth" hashtag - but I was won over. There is something about holding a baby chick, patting a silky hen, scratching an alpaca's neck and having to ask a goat with floppy ears not to eat your shirt. It's so calming. My 7 year old and 10 year old place this visit at the top of all of our activities in PEI. They fed a baby goat, ran with the goats into the back field, learned about baby rabbits, pet a pig and learned about her challenging life and how she was rescued, held chicks and a rooster, learned about goat breeds based on their ears, identified a lot of different poops, etc etc. My city kids thought this was all fabulous. We stayed for almost 3 hours and probably only got away due to hunger.
