We didn't get to actually tour the winery but were gifted a bottle from our cottage host and it was down the road from where we were staying. The wine was very good and what we saw of the winery it was beautiful and small. Definitely had a cozy feel to it

This is a small family operation in Essex County’s best wine country. For such a petit winery they have a surprisingly large selection of wines. The staff is always accommodating in the tiny showroom and knowledgeable on their products flavours which helps in finding just the right wine for your taste. We have only good things to say about the samples. A number of the wines were on sale at low prices. The, “Boathouse” white stands out as a smooth drinking, enjoyable wine that pairs well with food.

This was our second stop and we just happened to see the sign while driving by. Unfortunately it's not on the wine route map we had with us. I wasn't sure we should even go in when we parked - it looks so small and I wasn't convinced it was even open. We tried the door, it was open and we had a nice tasting experience. Be prepared for a tiny, intimate space. It seems popular with the locals - they kept popping in and buying a couple of bottles for their weekend plans. Super convenient for them! The wines were generally nice and we left with a bottle of the Dockside white, which was on sale in April and a good deal.

We recently stopped at Erie Shore vineyards for a wine tasting. This is a small family owned operation who were just opening after doing the morning harvest. The owner was very friendly and a pleasure to talk too. We tried a lovely selection of white wines and left with a bottle of off dry Riesling and a bottle of Riesling as we couldnt agree on which was better. Highly recommend.
