One of the popular tourists attractions in Assam, India. Situated in Tinsukia district. Good approach road and mobile including 4g jio reception is there. Should be taken a big sized umbrella or screen for sun shade, if anyone wish to do picnic there. Boat ride is costly though. Must try pork stick available in there. A few migrating birds can... The only place to see Hoolock Gibbon. Best time esp for bird watching too is Dec-Feb. You can stay in houseboat too or banashree eco camp.

Took the boat ride to brahmaputra. Spectacular view. They served freshly cooked fish on the boat. Was lucky to see dolphins. The island with only one banyan tree was fun to play around. Though you can't expect much of wild animal view like in kaziranga but the boat ride on brahmaputra is memorable.

Though not very popular this is a bird watchers paradise. Both resident and migratory birds can be spotted here. Benuda is the go to person for taking visitors into the park for bird watching. With the arrival of house boats, Dibru Saikhowa can also be visited for a picnic or a day outing.

Took two boat trips into the park. One motorised when we landed and explored a while on foot before heading back upstream in search of the gangetic dolphin.. which we saw against all the odds. Also saw many unusual and uncommon birds. In the evening took a local boat driven by pole onto a local shallow lake where we were... More
