In this monastery you can also visit the the places where the monks are living, which is an unique thing to watch. The monastery is quite and simple with a huge complex.

awesome monastery. The buddha statue is just fabulous andbeautiful inside the monastery. Moreover, from the monastery lawn, one would be able to view the whole city scape of tawang.

The monastery is the one of the biggest tourist artactactions of Tawang. On a clear day one can see it from Jung. One has to strictly adhere to the visiting time. It is at a walking distance from most of the hotels in the town.
