Access from larking lot is uphill, but once in the park, you'll find great, stroller/wheelchair friendly facilities. Staff is very friendly, and the exhibits are very well made.

For the main exhibits, such has the Titanic exhibition that was going on when I went, you need to wait in line for about 30 minutes, which is not pleasant to do under the sun. I recommend you arrive early (park opens at 10 am) and do... More

I've only been here twice, but each time was enjoyable. We went yesterday to see the National Geographic's "50 Photos Which Changed the World," and were pleasantly surprised to also see an exhibit of alebrijes (hard carved and painted figures, mostly from Oaxaca). The first time I went we saw the exhibition about climate change, which was excellent. My only... More

The park is surrounded by small streets, outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. Beautiful gardens inside the park. My first time in Guanajuato and was enchanted with the city - another cultural gem. I was amazed by the underground tunnels used as "driving lanes". Easy to get lost and end up on the other side of town. The city has lots... More
