If the thought of a sauna, hot tub, steam room, cold waterfalls and a salt pool nestled in a cozy wooded area is appealing, then you'll fall in love with this place. You can bring s book and sit by a fire in a tee-pee or a hut, or just kick back and relax in a suspended swing chair. You... More

Went there with my gf in the winter. Great experience. Lots of different options to choose from. We just did the basic thermal experience. Very relaxing. We took our time and spent the whole day there. Took a few breaks and had some food at two of the restaurants. Prices are not too bad, worth the money. Will return in... More

Bad customer service from the minute you enter. Staff can barely tolerate you. They jam in as many people as they can. Food was horrible. We waited 1.5 hours to get a table and another hour for food that was cold and tasted bad. Change rooms are over crowded. And the best part, they couldn't careless. Never going back to... More

we did a few cycles of the hot/cold process which was great (as always) but this spa has more saunas , hot-tubs, and relaxation rooms than any other sauna in the world probably. In addition they have a kalla pool which is 12% salt or something like that in which the human body has neutral buoyancy and it feels amazing... More

This place is amazing. I'd go every weekend if I could. The prices are affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful in both English and French. The food is delicious and the views and assortment of pools, spas, steam rooms and saunas are unbelievable!! This is a definite MUST if you are an out-of-towner. You will not regret. Keep in... First visit in a few years, and really love coming here! The place is beautiful, with lots of facilities, space, great food & drink! Unfortunately, their success/growth comes at a price sometimes... * during this visit, construction was everywhere (new building, maintenance on the infinity pool, and more) * their growth resulted in a change to their check-in layout, which... Beautiful place. But the entire experience - from check-in to check-out and everything in-between (except for the Källa baths) was basically something I would experience at a mediocre waterpark. The staff at check-in didn't inform us how to work the locker room key fob (we had to ask another customer in the locker room). Employees who were manning the towels... More

We (wife & myself) received a gift of a spa day; it turned out great. We arrived around 10 in the morning to a line-up of about 20 people. The line moved quickly; in part due to the number of groups. The process is well thought out. You receive a wrist band that is linked to your credit card. It... More

I first started to come to Le Nordik in 2007. Back then Le Nordik was pretty, quiet, serene and idyllic. I've been to this spa over 20 times since then. This past weekend was the first time I wanted to leave within one hour of showing up. It was crowded, loud with no respect of the quiet areas, I waited... More

Dear Tina2015, Thank you very much for sharing your comments with us. Exceptionally on Saturday November 12th we were in social mode in the entire spa, since our infinity pool, in the social section was in maintenance. This reduced the space available for guests and unfortunately increased the noise level. A discount was offered at the door for this inconvenience.... More
