No, this is not "The Big Blue" in terms of depth/danger, but various levels of certification through AIDA (the international organization) - the 1/2-day intro course is step one, and AIDA couldn't have a better instructor here than Walid - friendly, down-to-earth, responsible, and helpful with constructive criticism after each dive (start with max. of 10m). This was a 3 day course and helps in breathing to extend snorkling dive times. IT is also life lessons in stree relief breathing. A great investment of time and opportunity to enhancing diving without all the money of scuba.

I took a one day intro course with Walid and was really really pleased with the experience. He was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did the 1 day introductory course with Walid, Tunisian freediving champion and 2nd place winner in the Caribbean Cup. I have been a Scuba instructor for the last 10 years and was surprised at what a different experience freediving is.
