You can touch non venomous ones and you can really enjoy and if you are fearful about them this is a good place to know them better. To reach this place... More

The owner,s father founded this. They have many varieties of poisonous and non poisonous snakes with them. The hero was the Cobra.. It was very dangerous but the owner is well expertise in this field. They even allow to handle the non poisonous snakes. My son and husband took them in their hand also around their neck.. Great variety of snakes and lovely owner! The activity will take approx 30min and it is definitely worth it... the drive through the countryside is pleasant, peacocks everywhere ... suggest to combine it with the tea factory visit which is 15min away

As an avid reptile keeper from Australia it was with some hesitation due to visiting "snake farms" etc in south east Asia that my partner and I caught a Tuk Tuk from Mirrissa beach to this small attraction. We were greeted by a friendly Sri Lankan man with a good command of English who asked us to take a seat... More

We were not very sure what to expect and had a bit trouble finding the place. But it was well worth the effort as our family totally enjoyed the experience. If you love nature & adventure.. definitely worth a visit.

Although not a farm, the man that runs this has a range of venomous and non venomous snakes. He brings them out one by one and explains a bit about them to you, allowing you to hold the non-venomous ones. He has a range of different snakes and a spider and it was great to hear how he is making... More

It is around 30-40 minute drive from Mirissa in to the island. The road winds up through the villages exposing the beautiful culture & lifestyle of a simple villager. But there was one point where the road was very risky for a large vehicle to pass. You can avoid this by taking the Deniyaya- Madampe road. The Snake expert/ handler... More
