The staff were very helpful in assisting my wife and I plan a wonderful visit to the attractions in the Okanagan Falls and Southern Okanagan Valley area. Highly recommend stopping in for advice when you are in the area.

This visitor centre is full of all cool things from the Okanagan, including swag and other souvenirs. But the best part for me was their selection of wines from the area. It's hard to get to visit all the wineries you want to while in the area and the visitors centre makes it easy for you to bring home your favourite wine without actually having to visit the winery. Many of these wines are available nowhere else other than at the winery.

Cycling from Penticton to OK Fallas via the KVR so I called to ask for restaurant lunch options. Debbie answered and was extremely helpful. We reviewed the options and she emailed me more information. During the last couple of years it is hard to know without calling each restaruant if they are open or not in smaller towns. One website was indicating an OK Fall restaurant was closed on Saturdays (the day we are cyling) and she called to check if they are open on Saturdays now. Well worth the call to the Okanagan Falls Vistiors Center. They are a wealth of information.

My Husband and I had a fabulous time here, everyone was so kind and accommodating.
Exploring Okanagan Falls was truly amazing, loved the Wineries, bike trails, small shops with fresh baked goods and local products for sale.
My only issue is I should have booked more time there as I never got to go golfing which I've seen are perfect looking courses.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, they will tell you how to really spend your time well in OK Falls. We did so much exploring!
