Great little place and because it’s a guided tour it was really interesting. Starts with a talk on the insects they have there -beetles, spiders, stick insects. This was fascinating. Then a tour of the butterfly garden. A little disappointed by the number of butterflies...More

A really nice place, excellent guided tour and a ton of beautiful butterflies. It's not massive but is a good use of a spare hour.

Educational and amazing visit hosted by Julia, her knowledge tested by our son asking a thousand questions she fielded brilliantly. Bug handling certainly an experience πŸ€ͺπŸ›πŸ¦‹πŸπŸ¦‚πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ¦— Thanks and enjoy your next adventure Duffy family 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It was nice to have an experienced botanist ( actually a chemistry major) show us many insects from the forests of Costa Rica and then conduct a tour of the various buildings and cages that had the butterflies in them. Admission fee was not nominal...More
