If you're looking for a beach that's quiet but not totally secluded, Cupecoy is a good choice. Its white sands are backed by low sandstone cliffs that have been eroded in such a way that they provide a run of small semiprivate coves.

No real signs for this beach, we passed the parking lot twice before asking a local how to get the beach. Finally pulled into the small rocky parking lot and there was only one other car. You have walk about 5 minutes down a dirt walking path, wear shoes that cover your toes, my friend hit her toe on a... More

We wanted to explore the three tiny beaches at Cupecoy and arrived quite early before the crowds. The limestone cliffs provide for some interesting photo opportunities. The beaches are clothing optional and very private for those seeking some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle a two minute drive away.

We were on a cruise and had from 8-4 to do whatever we wanted. We rented a car at the port and drove around the entire island checking out dirt roads, narrow side streets, that led us to the most beautiful waters everywhere. It was awesome!! Our favorite place was Cupecoy...rocks, small private spots for only 2 chairs in some... More

Cupecoy Bay Beach can be hard to find & difficult to access with minimal steps down rocky paths from the cliffs/bluffs. Once there, the small beach provides some privacy & beautiful scenery. Both free & paid parking is available, also difficult to find with little signage. The amount of beach varies day to day with the weather & on rough... More

Predominantly for gays. Problem is the tide level. Reduces the size of the beach at high tide. Absolutely no services available. A lot of rocks in the water

The seas were high, only a few areas of isolated sand beach - and you had to scramble down rocks to get there. Some were for nudists (not pretty). Ramshackle mobile 'bar' at the far north end, a long walk from the only free parking. Would not go back

After reading many reviews, we went there only for the sunset and were not disappointed. The view is great, as we watched the sunset from the top of the rocks.

Cupecoy Beach is hard to find even though it's on the main road because signage is poor. We parked in front of the Blue Mall, walked across the street, and found the stairs down to the beach. The beach at the foot of the stairs was wide enough for about 20 people including the beach vendor providing umbrellas and lounge... More

Small private like beach. Beautiful water, although water was a little rough on the waves. Cupecoy beach is great for tanning and drinks.

This beach changes by the day. One day calm Ned sandy the next rough. It is right now not overly sandy and the waves are too strong for most to swim in which means your sitting in the tidal pools to keep cool. But there is always drinks to be purchased from Danny's beach bar. This is not an easy... More
