The Jack windmill isn’t open. I was nervous about climbing the ladder into the windmill but they were very encouraging and I did it 😃There is no official charge to visit but they have a tea shop in the base of the windmill that also takes contactless payments. There are many local residents (including my immediate neighbour) who volunteer and have worked hard on the restoration over the years and continue to do so. I am told it is like working on the Forth Bridge as there is always something to be done and in the last couple of years all the sweeps have been taken down, repaired and painted before replacing. Flour is now produced and sold in the village shops. Now, as the title says; "play before it's too late", because the club has sold the back 9 to property developers who will begin work within a few months.
The front 9 will be redesigned and, as has Mannings Heath Golf Club done, you will have to play the same 9 holes twice.

She really listens to you and fits her expertise to your needs/wants. The room is comfortable and warm, lovely oils are used but most of all Amy has the skills to improve the aches and pains of everyday living.
