Our guide, Vohra, was highly responsive and accommodating to our requests despite our last minute booking.

He especially looked out for my elderly parents to ensure that they are well taken care of in terms of safety and food/drinks.

We got to see what we had requested for this trip and the weather was excellent, so we got to see Mount Fuji from multiple angles.

Vohra was helpful in taking pics for us and taking us to the less crowded areas where we could get decent pics without crowds.

Overall a great and comfortable trip! Would recommend his services and start the day early to escape bus loads of crowds. Do check out Mount Fuji’s visibility from Google before selecting your date of travel too!

I highly recommend this course. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We learned the history and different types of mochi. The best part was eating what we made.

Great trip around the major sites of Tokyo. Because the tour guide is also the driver, you never actually have a guide at any important venue. Basically, take an all day taxi and spend a fraction of the price. Otherwise, Ahsan was great.

The tour was wonderful because our guide, Kentaro Tsukada, who was excellent. Ken was knowledgeable and very flexible regarding the things we wanted to see besides the itinerary. Ken arranged for us to participate in a tea ceremony and selected restaurants with our meal type preferences. He is easy going and very pleasant, he also took pictures for us. We highly recommend his guide services if you looking for local experience in Tokyo!

Sakura was AMAZING!! The class was so informative and so yummy to taste. She was so kind to welcome us into her home and so friendly. She speaks excellent English and we had no trouble figuring out how to make to mochi sweets. 100% recommend!

What a wonderful experience! Tomoko was the perfect host for this 3 hour cooking class and nature hike for our family of three. Not only do you learn how to cook the delicious food, Tomoko has such a wonderful demeanor and kind personality that you immediately feel you've known her your whole life.

So here is our experience - before our class, she contacted me to ask what type of food we were interested in cooking. We also arranged a meeting place right by the train station exit. When we met up, we walked to a quaint shrine and river area that was so picturesque. Even though it was raining, it was still so beautiful. We then walked to her house where she served up some tea and snacks.

We then got to cooking. You can tell she put so much effort and detail in preparing the ingredients for each dish. It was fun learning how to cook all the dishes while having great conversation at the same time. My 15 year-old son can now cook a number of dishes for us, which is a big plus!

When all the dishes were ready, we got to sit down and enjoy the meal at a beautifully appointed table with some really gorgeous dishware.

I would highly recommend this class if you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of a busy city with a real Japanese style home-cooked meal in a warm and friendly environment. Thank you, Tomoko, for one of our more memorable moments in Tokyo!

We love doing cooking lessons whenever we travel abroad. And this session with Makiko was too interesting to pass up! She met us at the local subway station and walked us to her neighborhood grocery store. It was a fascinating tour that went aisle-by-aisle, exposing us to Japanese ingredients, home cooking trends, and what new trends were evolving in Japan. We then went to her home in a lovely neighborhood where she shared what mealtime was like in a normal Japanese home. This included all sorts of introductions to cooking Japanese-style. The table was groaning under the weight of everything we made with her and the food was absolutely delicious. At the end of the evening, she drove us back to a nearby train station. This was a fascinating evening that not only gave us exposure to Japanese food but also an incredible insight to Japanese life, something you don't get in most tourist activities.

Absolutely fantastic! Mitsu planned a great tour according to my wishes, with which I was also able to see beautiful attractions that are not in the centre of crowded Tokyo. You can tell that Mitsu has a lot of experience and is an enthusiastic cyclist. The bike and equipment were top quality. I was very happy with the tour and can recommend Bicissima Tokyo to anyone looking for a super organised bike tour and a varied activity in Tokyo!

My wife and my mom went out with Simon for the evening, and had a great time. We started at a contemporary gyoza restaurant where we had a wide variety of gyoza, all of which were delish, and then went to a more traditional izakaya where we had a wide range of food and far too much sake. Simon was great company and I'd absolutely recommend booking with him.

Ahsan, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire day enjoyable. The tour itself was well-organized and allowed us to see all the best sights of Nikko, including Toshogu Shrine, Shinkyo Bridge, Lake Chuzenji, and Flower Park.

Ahsan was a great driver and tour guide who went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable day. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts and stories with us throughout the day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great way to see Nikko!
