The basement (at the time of visit) was devoted to Peanut characters and had one of the largest and amazing array of Snoopy and Peanut characters toys and collections outside Knotts Berry Farm in the US so much so...
Just plan good, greatest selection on a range of both japanese kawaii brands (hello kitty) and some nolstaliga stuff (godzilla/star wars) pricing is fair on most things, just worth a visit.

There are the famous delicious crepe, colourful candy shop, vintage clothing shops at a side street, a few small quiet cafe at side street, owl cafe along Main Street and kawaii clothings shops.
... when you visit Tokyo, it is fun and colorful and different from any other place, you can have all sorts of sweets and nice local shopping plus you get to see Japan’s peculiar fashion, I would say this is a must!

A lot of foreign tourists buy souvenirs here because so many kinds of Japanese traditional goods and kimono, yukata wear, ninja wears are available here.
There are 2 floors and plenty of gifts to choose from - clothes, ceramics, magnets, towels, etc. Everything is also really well packed.
