- LangToonTravellerAuchterarder, UK99 contributionsA beautiful botanic garden in a stunning location. The garden was immaculate and contained lots of sections with different plant and insect species - we even saw humming bird hawk moths - amazing! The views from the terraces were captivating and although it was perhaps not the best time to see the plants in bloom, there was still lots to see and admire.Written September 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LostInTimePittsburgh, PA24,594 contributionsThis area looks amazing. Like from a postcard. But the beach was little pebbles instead of sand and that bothered my feet a lot. The water was beautiful and basically perfect.Written June 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AlbertSalichsManresa, Spain24,028 contributionsCala de Sant Roc is the first sand beach, you can see, if you come from PalamĂłs on a hike. It is located in the entrance of the Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most typical coastal towns in Costa Brava Region, in the North of Catalonia. It is a tiny beach, from where you can see very nice views of the coast and the town. In fact, we saw it following the coastal path walk.
We came here at the end of January, so we could not go to the beach and the promenade is not full of people. More relaxing than in summer.
