I am rapidly going off this minimum 100 character thing. It's a nice church, the stained glass windows are worth a look. What more can I say.

Great location on a hillside overlooking the sea. If you're driving as we were then it's tricky to park nearby but you may be lucky in the gateway a former cafe or maybe on the road on a dead end street. It's not open but a great landmark

Shingle beach. Great spot to swim. Nice café on the beach and toilets as well as shower. The beach is minutes from several pubs and restaurants, an ice cream shop and chip shop. Parking in pay and display round the corner. There is a Tesco metro up the road as well as a Costa.

Ruth’s taster stained glass course was not only really good fun and value for money, but Ruth is very knowledgeable and the workshop she has is well equipped.
    I’d recommend it to anybody.

We were looking to do something special for a birthday on a November Saturday in Brighton. Chocolate Ecstasy Tours to the rescue! First, they were able to accommodate our timing needs out of season, even after we had to change our first arrangement. This flexibility was undertaken without fuss and much appreciated. Second, our family group of five had the most wonderful time with our guide Sally who brought Brighton and chocolate to life. Sally used to run chocolate tours in London and certainly knows her stuff and how to explain it in a very interesting and entertaining way.

Our guide was an expert in her subject, loved to share her knowledge and was entirely charming. With Sally leading the way and explaining so many interesting things, we visited several venues that I would have simply walked past if not on this tour. Each stop was a real treat as we tested samples and enjoyed many tastes as we learned about the specific chocolates on offer. Everything was so interesting and fun. We enjoyed a variety of interesting places, great tastes and the company of interesting people. I have certainly lost my fear of entering fancy looking chocolate shops and now feel comfortable to explore and enjoy.

    Some tips:
    - You will get plenty to eat. No need to eat before you go.
    - This is an easy walking tour that explores several venues, possibly including one a little out of town, reached by taxi. I will not go into detail about the stops and the content. This way you can enjoy the surprises. I will say that each stop was interesting and rewarding.
    - Sally explained some of Brighton’s history as we walked about. A bonus.
    - Everything is included in the tour price
    - There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything as you go around but I could not resist. In most stops, there was a handy tour discount
    - Tours are scheduled in the active season so you don’t need to make up a big group.

End result – a very happy birthday girl and an equally happy family that had the pleasure to join her.Kudos and appreciation to our wonderful guide, Sally. Now that we have been baptised into the world of chocolate, we will probably join Chocolate Ecstasy Tours in London on a future occasion.
